How we work

It’s our mission to protect children by preventing and stopping child exploitation. And empowering them to have their say.

In carrying out our mission, we seek to address the root causes of child exploitation. Rather than providing short-term fixes, we do so by creating scalable, evidence-based solutions and bringing about systems change.

We build meaningful partnerships that are always accountable to children and communities. Trust, collaboration and accountability are the main pillars of our work. We and our partners are accountable to every child and community we reach with our work.

  • Advocacy

We advocate and lobby by using high-quality evidence, strategic partnerships, networks, children’s and community voices, and our knowledge and expertise.

  • Research

Much of our research and knowledge comes from our partnerships. Children, communities and local civil society organisations play a crucial role in our learning process.
