About the SCROL Programme
The Safety for Children and their Rights Online (SCROL) Programme, implemented under the Thematic Programme – Sexual Exploitation of Children (SEC) since October 2022, aims to protect children from Online Child Sexual Exploitation (OCSE). The programme works to ensure children’s safety in family and community environments while strengthening legal protections and promoting supportive laws, policies, and social norms.
