(Global) Influencing Lead – Terre des Hommes Netherlands

Advocating for child rights is an investment to build a safer future. By demanding systemic change, we ensure children’s safety and build a foundation for a more just and equitable future

I support our teams to influence people with the power to bring change and foster meaningful child participation in the decision-making process. Our work transforms children’s realities by holding governments, corporations, and society accountable for stopping child exploitation. I’m Priti Mahara, the (Global) Influencing Lead at Terre des Hommes Netherlands. I hold a BSc and a Postgraduate degree in Home Science, and Postgraduate Diplomas in Child Rights Laws and Cyber Forensics and Cyber Laws (National Law School of India University, Bangalore). I also hold a certificate in ‘Evidence in Public Policy’ (Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford). My life’s work has been to lead, advise and manage large-scale child protection programs, research and advocacy campaigns on the issues of child rights and gender.
